Publishing at Smashwords

Oh, hi, I'm baaack. I plan to be a little more up to date, but if you do find this blog because you found my stories on Smashwords, then thanks for looking for more of me.  If you haven't visited my stories at Smashwords then have a peek.  I have a story up for free at the moment, 'The Lemonade Stand'.  Read it and let me know what you think. Thanks. Wait just a minute, maybe I can put a link to it here!

Hurray! It worked.  I'm at Westercon at the moment and this story first appeared in TaleBones, a publication put out by Fairwood Press, Editor, Patrick Swenson.  I saw him here at the convention and he's concentrating on publishing novels.

Blah, Blah, Blog

Hey, out there. I haven't posted anything since last July 2007. That doesn't mean I haven't done anything! Here is a link to Colleen Anderson's blog. She is a writing friend and posts to her blog at breakneck speed, so anything we do together will be on her blog first! Check it out.

World Con Last Year August 2006

We stood in line for a long time and thought we wouldn't get Ray Bradbury to sign our books. But as luck would have it our numbers were called and we were the last to get Mr. Bradbury's signature on his books. Meeting Ray Bradbury was a highlight of this trip.

Camping at Cultus

I have wanted to start a writers' retreat at Cultus Lake for quite a number of years. Problem of course is finding an affordable place. If anyone has a place they'd like to offer up please let me know. Cultus is a great spot because you feel as if you're far from it all but in fact you can get back to the city in a couple of hours tops. (That's if you speed.)
